Silver Package: MLS Listing (Initial Fee)

The Silver Package is for you if you are a DIY kind of person who considered just listing your home yourself because you are willing to put in the extra leg work needed to get it sold! You are confident your house will sell quickly and with little to no issues. However, you know it would help to have the exposure of the MLS, access to the paperwork needed such as contracts, disclosures, etc. You also know it would be beneficial to have a third party act as a buffer between you and a potential buyer and their agent, take care of coordinating items when a buyer comes along such as inspections, communication with loan officers and closers, and more to free up your time. This one is perfect for those looking to save a lot of money while still getting the marketing exposure you need!

• Posted to Des Moines area and Southeast IA MLS and every major listing site (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc.) for up to three months

• Free listing updates/changes at any point (price change, concessions, etc)

• Broker support and answers to questions seller may have

• Set up on a showing app for owner to approve/deny showing requests

• 1 advertised open house (seller hosts)

• Basic CMA based on pictures, tax assessor 

• E-signature platform and all documents provided

• Transaction coordination, including:

  • Setting up inspections when needed

  • Abstract coordination 

  • Holding earnest money

  • Communications with closer and buyer agent as needed 

  • Reviewing Closing Disclosure for Seller

• Professional pictures (owner will provide)
