Gold Package: MLS Listing (Initial Fee)

The Gold Package is for you if you want the advertising set-up sent to you so you aren’t spending time tracking everything down, but don’t mind doing some of the boots on the ground work such as hosting open houses and setting up your sign and lockbox we send you! This package is great if you are really looking to maximize the amount of listing time you have with up to a full 6 months of exposure on the MLS. If you like the idea of having the set up details such as pictures, lockbox, and sign taken care of for you but are willing to put in a little work in order to save a lot of money, this package is the one for you! If you would rather have even more one-on-one help with all those details, consider full service listing with one of our real estate agents.

Our initial fee is $99, and once your property is listed, you will pay the remaining amount of the cost. If you have any questions, please get in touch with us!

• Post to Des Moines area and Southeast IA MLS and every major listing site (Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, etc.) for 6 months

• Make listing changes at any point (price change, concessions, etc)

• Provide answers to questions seller may have

• Set up on showing app for owner to approve/deny showing requests

• Advertise 2 open houses (seller hosts)

• Provide all legal documents as needed (purchase agreement, etc.)

• Offer basic CMA

• Coordination of transaction, including:

  • Setting up inspections when needed

  • Abstract coordination 

  • Holding the earnest money

  • Communications with closer and buyer agent as needed

  • Reviewing Closing Disclosure for Seller

• We provide 10-15 professional pictures ($100+ value!)

• Lockbox provided (owner installs)

• Offer summaries prepared for seller
