The Gold Package is for you if you want the advertising set-up sent to you so you aren’t spending time tracking everything down, but don’t mind doing some of the boots on the ground work such as hosting open houses and setting up your sign and lockbox we send you! This package is great if you are really looking to maximize the amount of listing time you have with up to a full 6 months of exposure on the MLS. If you like the idea of having the set up details such as pictures, lockbox, and sign taken care of for you but are willing to put in a little work in order to save a lot of money, this package is the one for you! If you would rather have even more one-on-one help with all those details, consider full service listing with one of our real estate agents.
